Appearance: Deep colour, rich, inviting toasted meringue head.

Aroma: Lots of chocolate, hints of malt and cocoa.

Taste: Exceptionally well rounded, delicious chocolate taste which is neither too sweet or bitter.

Mouthfeel: Easy drinking but retains body. This hides the strength by way of the balance and the rich chocolate aftertaste.
